Conditions of entry to the NZ Horticulture ITO - Young Horticulturist of the Year 2008 Competition Grand Final
Competitors must be;

30 years of age or under at the end of December 2008,
-
and have 3 years practical hands on experience experience in the area of horticulture they are applying to enter a competition in,

plus a person must have completed a minimum of a NZQA Horticultural certificate, level 4.
