We will be running a moderation workshop for NZHITO workplace assessors.

The role of this moderation workshop is to get a group of workplace assessors together to carry out moderation of on-job assessment.

We will:

- look at the quality and consistency of assessment decisions

- provide assistance with assessment issues where needed

- give you and the other workplace assessors the opportunity to share ideas and assessment practices

- provide assessment guidance and direction
